Kifi Studio and KIFI services respect your privacy and your right to request deletion of personal data associated with our services.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you have connected a Facebook, Instagram, Meta or other supported account to a KIFI service and would like your associated data deleted, you may submit a deletion request by email.

Send your request to: studio.kifi@gmail.com

Please use the subject line Data Deletion Request and provide enough information to identify the account or connection you would like removed. Please do not send passwords or access tokens.

What We Will Delete

Following verification of a valid request, we will delete personal data associated with the relevant KIFI connection that we are required or permitted to delete, including stored account connection information and associated application data where applicable.

Third-Party Platforms

Deleting information from KIFI does not necessarily delete information held independently by third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Data held by those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and account settings.

Processing Time

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
